Under this architectural doctrine, every cryptographic key is generated locally using deterministic BIP-39 mnemonic entropy. The server operates solely as an encrypted transit buffer with zero retention.

The name App is nothing is not a disclaimer — it is a declaration of architectural philosophy. In the ZeroText doctrine, the application layer (the UI, the screens, the gestures you make) is the least important component of the system. What matters is the cryptographic Protocol running beneath it.

Any app can be rebuilt. Any interface can be redesigned overnight. But the mathematical laws of X25519 Diffie-Hellman key exchange, Ed25519 signature verification, AES-256-GCM payload encryption, and the Double Ratchet forward-secrecy chain — these are immutable. They are the permanent reality. The app merely renders them.

The relay, the ratchet, and the cryptographic handshake are supreme. The UI serves them — never the other way around.

Our 4 Core Tenets

I. Zero Phone Exposure

No phone numbers requested at onboarding, in contact discovery, or in server payloads. ZeroText PINs and QR cards are the sole private routing vectors.

II. Double Ratchet with Forward & Future Secrecy

Every message is encrypted with unique ephemeral keys derived through X25519 Diffie-Hellman and Ed25519 signatures. A compromised key only decrypts a single message—never the history or future conversation.

III. Ephemeral Relay Without Persistence

Transit nodes operate in-memory with zero disk logging. Once an authenticated recipient acknowledges payload receipt, the packet is instantly scrubbed with DoD 5220.22-M wiping patterns.

IV. Luxury Monochrome Ergonomics

Strict high-contrast Pitch Black (#000000) and Crisp White (#FFFFFF) visual hierarchy. No advertising trackers, no sponsored content, no clutter. Pure luxury, pure function.
